ADVERSE EFFECT OF OVERTHINKING

I want to quickly remind you that, overthinking can easily cause depression.

And the truth is

------

Depression kills faster than anything.

------

And always, remember that, if you are depressed, you will be unhappy.

------

When you are depressed, you will always some kind of emptiness inside of you.

------

If you overthink too much you will always feel less motivated, you will not feel like moving on in your life.

Overthinking is why most people are stagnant and not growing.

------

I know you want to stop overthinking.

------

Guess what, it is very possible.

------

What you need to do, is to work on your mindset, have a positive mindset.

------

Say it loud to yourself.

------

I want to stop overthinking.

------

Then change whatever you are doing that is not making you happy, and those things that also make you overthink, then change it with something you love to do.

------

Most of us do things that we are not happy about, which will later lead to sadness, because we are not happy doing it.

------

Fall in love with yourself and your inner self.

------

Trust me if your inner self is happy, you will definitely be happy and people around you will feel good about it.

------

Change your attitudes towards what you don't like, and start doing what makes you happy.

------
