The Girl Who Dreamed

There was a girl—

Filled with light, brimming with imagination.

She dreamed of greatness, of becoming somebody.
 

When the teacher asked, “What do you want to be in life?”

She replied, “I don’t know.”

Even she didn’t know what she wanted—

But she believed she would become,

Become somebody the world would listen to,

A name they would sing with praise.

So, she began to write, to draw, to read—

A spark dancing in her young heart.
 

But like thunder striking in a storm,

Her inspiration vanished.
 

Ideas buried deep in her mind,

Her vision dimmed,

Imagination—lost.

A sense of purpose—gone.

She lived like a snake without a path,

Wandering in circles.

A cloud of uncertainty shrouded her future.

She whispered, What is my purpose?

Where has my light gone?
 

Still, she walked through life, holding a thread of hope.

In a country rich in talent but poor in opportunity,

Where people struggle for scraps,

She endured.
 

Then—she found herself among the wise,

The insightful, the inspired.

And there,

She found herself.

Her purpose awakened.

Her fire reignited—

Like a dragon that had slumbered for a thousand years.

She began her journey—

A journey of life and meaning.

With passion ablaze, and thirst for greatness.

She was that girl—

Who had seen the seven shades of life—

And chose to rise.
