Is Smoking a Healthy Habit?
Though as simple as it may sound and very appetizing to an addict, Smoking has affected the concept of a “healthy life” negatively.
The causes of liver failure, pancreatic cancer, and kidney and lung diseases when closely examined, are as a result of smoking. The harmful chemicals in tobacco damage DNA and increase the likelihood of cancerous growth.
Regardless of how pleasurable smoking can be to an addict, the repercussions are very dangerous to health. There’s never a safe way or healthy tips for smoking. There should be, right?
Maybe if you just stop smoking, for the moment, They aren’t; unfortunately, smoking is too bad to be considered healthy.
Would you rather cut short your lifespan for a simple pack of cigarettes or practice a healthy life that can be so good enough to let you share a grandparent experience with your grandchildren?
The chances of a smoker having a prolonged lifespan or living a healthy life are slim. To this very day, government agencies, health sectors, and even the producers of cigarettes strictly warn against smoking. It is written on the pack “Smokers are liable to die young”.
To conclude, remember It has been said that the first step to wealth is good health. For a healthy life and longevity, try hard to avoid smoking.
