CUSTOMER SUCCESS (INTERN) AT I-SENSE VILLE CONSULT

  • Assist in onboarding and supporting clients throughout their training programs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain customer engagement and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Gather feedback and contribute to service improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Must be a current NYSC Corps Member (preferably posted to Lagos).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a customer-facing role.
  • Basic knowledge of IT or technical training is an advantage.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
